  With five years of active ministry in the Anglican Church of Kenya, Diocese of Makueni, under the Lordship of Rt. Rev. Francis M. Matui, Kaindi has excelled in community outreach, pastoral care, and spiritual guidance.
• Diocesan Missions General Secretary (Appointed March 2023):
  Kaindi oversees mission activities guided by the Missions Director and Diocesan Bishop, coordinates outreach programs, and fosters partnerships with local and international organizations. This role has honed his leadership skills and deepened his experience in faith-based development work.
