We are proud to share that we have established partnerships with numerous Dioceses across Kenya through our collaboration with The Anglican Church of Kenya. Our outreach extends beyond just the Anglican community, as we have also actively engaged with several Pentecostal churches throughout the country through various initiatives.
Our programming has reached communities far and wide, including successful implementation of Healthy Church, Africa Missions and Evangelism Caravan (Mega Missions), Urban Orientation Program, and School Outreach Program. Additionally, we have recently launched a Women’s Evangelism and Discipleship program which has been well-received by women in participating churches.
Some of the specific Dioceses we have had the privilege of working with include Bungoma, Butere, Nambale, Maseno, Makueni, Mbeere, Nyahururu, Katakwa, Southern Nyanza, Kitale, Mombasa, Mumias, Mt. Kenya, Kirinyaga, and Nairobi – among many others.
We look forward to continuing our mission of spreading faith and positivity in Kenya, and welcome any interested parties to join us in this rewarding work
Our passion also lies in collaborating with the Diocese of Mozambique to bring hope, faith, and positive transformation to communities in need. Through our fruitful partnership with four dioceses across the country, AMA works hand-in-hand with local communities, supporting their spiritual and socio-economic growth. In 2019, we took important steps toward capacity building by providing comprehensive training programs for 130 evangelists and 361 church planters. Their active involvement in sharing the Gospel and planting new churches is vital to enhancing spiritual life and promoting community cohesion.
To date, we have established over 300 vibrant churches, which offer not only a space for worship but also act as pillars of strength and solidarity within each community. Recognizing the necessity of appropriate infrastructure, AMA supplied tents for temporary worship facilities and iron sheets for roofing newly constructed churches. The expansion of our organization resulted in the creation of two new dioceses—Tete and Zambezia—which help further our outreach into previously unserved areas. By continuing our investment in training initiatives, another 93 evangelists joined our cause, leading to the foundation of even more churches in 2022.
We warmly invite you to participate in AMA’s mission to uplift communities and transform lives through your generous contributions or volunteerism. Let’s harness the power of partnership and build a thriving future rooted in faith, hope, and compassion. Join us at Anglican Missions Africa and contribute to something extraordinary!
At Anglican Missions Africa (AMA), our devotion to sharing the messages of hope and love transcends borders, leading us to engage in a profoundly impactful mission in Tanzania on 2022. During our time there, we had the privilege of casting a vision for flourishing churches while partnering with the dynamic Dodoma and Tabora dioceses to organize mega missions. The results of these collaborations have been nothing short of extraordinary.
In our collaboration with the Dodoma Diocese, we reached out to over 22,000 households, touching the lives of countless individuals with our message of hope. An astonishing 13,997 souls chose to welcome Christ into their hearts, with 12,047 receiving baptism as a testament to their dedication. Recognizing the potential for growth, we worked alongside local community members to cultivate faith by planting 20 churches across 11 newly identified regions. Amidst these developments, we celebrated 22 joyous marriages, further solidifying the significance of unity and commitment.
Our collaboration with the Tabora Diocese yielded similarly inspiring stories. An impressive 700 openhearted individuals decided to follow Christ, finding strength and meaning through His teachings. By reaching out to 200 homes, we nurtured connections with families and provided essential emotional sustenance. Among those newly converted, 54 devoted themselves fully by participating in baptism ceremonies, signifying monumental personal shifts toward lives infused with optimism and affection.
Join us in our cause to bring change to Tanzania and other nations. Your involvement will help brighten futures and ignite the flame of faith in countless hearts. Be a catalyst for positive transformation and contribute to making a tangible difference in Tanzania and far beyond its borders.

Anglican Missions Africa Executive Director Embarks on Fruitful Visit to the USA
It was a whirlwind tour for AMA Executive Director as he traveled to the United States of America, engaging with various Anglican communities and participating in significant events that showcased the vibrancy and growth of the Anglican Church in North America (ACNA).
One of the highlights of the visit was a trip to Heartland Anglican Church in Fort Wayne, where our Executive Director was warmly hosted as part of an exploration of the Healthy Church training program. We pray that this experience will bring blessings and growth to all those involved.
The Executive Director also had the privilege of attending the Diocesan Synod in Ohio, where he was invited by Bishop Mark Engel to share in the impactful ministry. The theme of renewing zeal and commitment for God’s mission resonated deeply with the clergy and laity in attendance, and it was inspiring to witness the recommitment to ministry and calling. The synod was a great success, and we look forward to the Mega mission in the Diocese of the Great Lakes next October.
A major milestone during the visit was the Enthronement of Archbishop Steve Wood as the 3rd Archbishop of ACNA. The Executive Director was honored to represent the Anglican Church of Kenya, alongside Bishop Charles Onyinjo of ACK Diocese of Maseno South, at this momentous occasion. The Anglican Church in North America is growing in strength and redefining Anglican spirituality and mission in today’s America.
We thank God for the opportunities and connections made during this visit, and we look forward to continued partnerships and collaborations that will advance God’s mission in Africa and beyond.
