Healthy Church Training Program

The Healthy Church Program is a practical missionary course designed to empower church leaders at the grassroots level, unlocking their potential for accelerated church growth. The program focuses on four key areas: Evangelism, Discipleship, Church planting, and social mission. Our goal is to equip church leaders with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively minister to their communities and lead thriving congregations

Modes of Training;

  1. Physical Training– Five full days(8.00am – 4.00pm) Each Semester. The on-site training is conducted over a period of five days, providing an immersive and interactive learning experience. Participants have the opportunity to engage with experienced trainers, collaborate with fellow church leaders, and apply their learning through practical exercises and case studies. The intensive nature of the training ensures that participants acquire essential skills and knowledge within a concentrated timeframe.
  2. Online Training– Five half days(8.00am – 1.00pm) Each Semester. The on-site training is conducted over a period of five days, providing an immersive and interactive learning experience. Participants have the opportunity to engage with experienced trainers, collaborate with fellow church leaders, and apply their learning through practical exercises and case studies. The intensive nature of the training ensures that participants acquire essential skills and knowledge within a concentrated timeframe.

Course Structure

Semester One serves as an introduction to the program, exploring the principles of a healthy church within the context of missions. The participants gain insights on the following topics:

  1. Introduction to Healthy Church
  2. Introduction to Christian Doctrines
  3. Bible Survey
  4. Homiletics

Semester Two; participants dive deeper into the core doctrines of Christianity and their relevance to missions. The topics covered include:

  1. Anglicanism 1,2 & 3
  2. History of Christian Missions
  3. Pentecostalism
  4. Introduction to Human Resource

Semester Three; focuses on practical leadership skills and church management. Participants learn about effective

  1. Church Discipline
  2. Foundational Stewardship- Finance for non-finance mangers
  3. Church Administration
  4. Practicum

 The aim of these topics is to develop competent church leaders who can effectively guide their congregations towards growth and impact.

Training Impact

Since the inception of the Healthy Church Program, we have conducted numerous training sessions, both locally and internationally, with an approximation of over 3000 individuals benefiting from the program. We are committed to equipping church leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to make a lasting impact in their communities. By empowering grassroots leaders, we believe that the program will contribute to the overall growth and transformation of the Church.
