Amazing Outreach Ministry in Machakos Diocese!
At ACK Machakos Diocese, we witnessed incredible transformations as teachers and students dedicated their lives to Christ during our school outreach ministry. The week was filled with profound moments of faith and devotion, and we were deeply grateful for the Holy Spirit's guidance and presence.
Our outreach program in partnership with Youth for Christ, served as a beacon of hope and inspiration, touching the hearts and minds of many young people. The enthusiasm and commitment shown by both teachers and students were a testament to the power of faith and community.
Your support and prayers were a vital part of our mission, and we are thankful for your ongoing encouragement and partnership.

From March 5th to 9th, 2025, Anglican Missions Africa (AMA), led by Rev. Philip Huru and Evangelist Kaindi, conducted a school outreach mission in the ACK Makueni Diocese, reaching over 5,500 students from a total of 16 schools, leading 2,004 to commit their lives to Christ. The mission, aimed at evangelizing, mentoring, and addressing key spiritual and social issues, was warmly received by the diocesan leadership, including the administrative secretary, Ven. Kasoo, and missions director, Ven. Ngovi. Each school had a dedicated chaplain, fostering an environment of spiritual growth and discipline. Common challenges among students included issues with sexuality, unhealthy relationships, drug abuse, low self-esteem, and a lack of academic drive.
To build on this success, AMA recommends establishing follow-up programs through diocesan youth fellowships and chaplains, organizing mentorship programs, and providing Christian literature and devotionals. Additionally, focused training and counseling sessions on identified issues, involving professional counselors and Christian mentors, are crucial. Strengthening collaboration with schools and the County Education Office will ensure more outreach opportunities. We extend our sincere gratitude to all who made this mission possible and look forward to continued service in the name of Christ. May God bless ACK Makueni Diocese as they continue to grow and serve.

Reflecting on Our Ministry Work in Turkana: A Journey of Faith and Growth
This year has been a transformative journey in Turkana, and we are filled with gratitude and excitement as we conclude our ministry work this year.
Launching the ACK Turkana Evangelistic Team: During the Diocesan Youth Conference, we saw the birth of the ACK Turkana Evangelistic Team, ready to move the wheels of the gospel forward. The energy and commitment of the youth are a testament to the future of our mission.
Church Planting in Turkana: Early this year, AMA initiated a Healthy Church training project in Turkana County. The participants have been actively engaged, and we visited every village where new churches have been planted and witnessed the incredible work God is doing through His Church.
Our next challenge is to ensure that every new planted church is roofed. We visited ten new church plants this year, and seeing them worship under trees during the rainy season and drought spells has been both humbling and challenging. Pray for us that God will release the resources needed to roof these new churches and that the gospel will continue to spread in this region.
Thank you for your support and prayers. Together, we are making a difference in the lives of many.
